The Council

Beal Parish Council is determined to get the best for the residents of Beal and Kellingley. We own and operate play areas in both villages, have a number of allotments and an Urban Garden for the use of the residents. There are a number of planters in the area and grassed areas. These are regularly maintained by outside contractors for the Council. Following the closure of Kellingley Colliery we are in the process of upgrading some of the lighting on the A645.

The Parish Council are consultees for all planning applications in our Parish. Any applications can be viewed on the North Yorkshire County Council Website.
